Shipping policy

USPS is used for most of our orders. We have a 48 hour processing time M-F (not including weekends). If you need an order FAST, please UPGRADE to PRIORITY OR EXPRESS MAIL. USPS first class mail is taking from 4-14 days to receive in certain areas.

During Sales, Holiday Events and Black Friday, processing time is 5 to 7 business days M-F (not including weekends). Please be patient with us when you order during a sale. We work as fast as we can to get your orders out timely. We appreciate your patience. 

For Larger Orders, we use USPS and UPS. Orders over $100 may require a signature to receive your order. 

We always assist our customers with shipping problems but please if you see a delay with your order, please contact the Shipping company FIRST! If the package is in their possession, they are the best person to contact as they will know if there are any delays and can help you locate your package. 

Once we release the package to the shipping provider, we cannot control how fast you receive it. If your package seems lost or stalled, please contact USPS, UPS or Fed Ex to file a missing package claim which will allow the system to put the package back in rotation.
